1. Responsible for bearing design and development, and product application technical support.

2. Possess rich bearing quality and relevant experience in production technology. The company customer industries cover papermaking, steel, food, fluids, cement, electricity, fans, logistics, machinery manufacturing, applied materials, mechanical transmission, gas compression, etc. Those who understand the mechanical design and application of the above industries are preferred.

3. Familiar with the 5 major tools of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.

4. It can solve the bearing technical problems raised by customers, guide technical exchanges, and improve the handling of technical and working conditions that appear in the course of bearing use by customers.

5. Independently complete some technical projects in the client company, and establish relationships with the project makers, influencers, decision makers, and executors to gradually advance and track the dynamics of the project, and maintain timely communication and feedback with the company team.
